Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through lendatouronline.com ("the Website"), operated by Lenda Tour Turizm Seyahat Organizasyon İnşaat Ltd. Şti., TÜRSAB licence no. 11527, Istanbul, Turkey ("Lenda Tour", "we", "us"). "Agency" means the travel agency or tour operator registered on the Website and its users. By making a booking, the Agency accepts these Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership and accounts

  • The Website is a business-to-business (B2B) system. Only travel and tourism professionals may become members.
  • Membership starts when the Agency has completed the online registration and returned the signed contract. A security deposit may be requested when the contract is signed.
  • Each user must use their own username and password. The Agency is responsible for all bookings made with its accounts and for keeping its passwords secure.
  • The Agency may give its own sub-agents access to the Website. The Agency sets their selling prices and commissions and remains responsible for their bookings and payments.

2. Products and information

  • We make every effort to keep product descriptions, itineraries, photos and prices accurate. Minor differences may occur and do not entitle the Agency to compensation.
  • Hotels listed for a tour show the type of accommodation that may be used. The actual hotel may vary for reasons such as group size, availability or season. Any change will be to an accommodation of equal or higher standard at no extra cost.
  • Guaranteed departure tours operate with a minimum of 2 participants.
  • Itineraries may be changed for operational, weather or safety reasons, while keeping the main content of the tour.

3. Bookings and confirmation

  • Bookings made from allotment are confirmed immediately. Other requests are answered within 12 hours. If we cannot confirm a request, we will offer an equivalent product.
  • Each booking receives a unique booking reference number, which must be used for any change or cancellation.
  • Large groups can be booked by making several bookings or by contacting our reservation team.
  • The Agency is responsible for the accuracy of all passenger information, including names exactly as written in passports, dates of birth, nationalities and passport details.
  • Special requests (for example bed types or adjoining rooms) are passed on to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed.

4. Prices and commission

  • Prices shown on the Website include the Agency's commission. The commission is deducted on the invoice, and the Agency pays the net amount.
  • Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR). The Agency chooses one of these currencies when it becomes a member, and all its bookings and payments are made in that currency.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, its price will not change.
  • Amendments to bookings are free of charge. The Agency only pays the price of the services booked.

5. Payment

  • When a booking is confirmed, an option date is given. To obtain final confirmation, at least 30% of the total price must be paid by the option date. If payment is not received by that date, the booking is cancelled automatically.
  • The balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the start of the services.
  • Payments can be made by bank transfer or by credit card through the Website. All bank charges are paid by the Agency.
  • Vouchers can be printed once full payment has been received and the booking has been finally confirmed. Vouchers can be printed as many times as needed.

6. Cancellations by the Agency

  • Cancellations must be made through the Website or in writing by email, quoting the booking reference number.
  • Up to 3 days before the start of the services: no cancellation fee.
  • Within 3 days before the start of the services: 30% of the total price.
  • Cancellation on or after the day of arrival, or no-show: 100% of the total price.
  • Any amount paid in excess of the cancellation fee is refunded promptly.

7. Changes and cancellations by Lenda Tour

If we have to make a significant change to a confirmed booking or cancel it, we will inform the Agency as soon as possible and offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund of the amounts paid for the affected services. We are not responsible for changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, epidemics, war, terrorism, government decisions or airline schedule changes.

8. Agency responsibilities

  • Informing its travellers of these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and the details of their booking.
  • Making sure that travellers hold valid passports, visas and any health documents required for their trip.
  • Recommending that travellers take out appropriate travel insurance.
  • Paying all amounts due on time, including for bookings made by its sub-agents.

9. Vouchers and check-in

Hotels hold the travellers' records for confirmed bookings, and travellers can check in by showing their passport or identity document. We nevertheless recommend that travellers carry their vouchers to avoid delays.

10. Liability

Lenda Tour is responsible for the proper organisation of the services it confirms. Services provided by third parties, such as airlines, hotels and transport companies, are subject to those suppliers' own conditions. Our liability is limited to the price of the affected services, except where the law does not allow such a limitation. Problems during the trip should be reported immediately to our guide or office so that we can try to resolve them on the spot. Written complaints must be sent within 30 days after the end of the services.

11. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Turkish courts and enforcement offices have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of booking applies to that booking.
